Export Operations Coordinator

We are hiring: Export Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) – Bremen

For nearly 50 years, Reltrans has been an independent logistics partner providing integrated freight forwarding and supply chain solutions across Europe and beyond. We support manufacturers and importers with reliable and efficient cargo movement across sea, rail, and road. In recent years, we have made a reputation, particularly in the Tire & Projects Industry.

Our mostly young team focuses on providing quality, customer-oriented service.

Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate and plan export shipments

* Maintain and manage shipment data

* Prepare and process transport and customs documents

* Monitor cargo movements, schedules, and deadlines

* Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams

* Identify and resolve deviations or disruptions in the transport process

Your Profile

* Experience or education in logistics, freight forwarding, export, or supply chain management

* Good organizational and analytical skills

* Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented working style

* Strong communication and customer-service skills

* Experience in an international working environment

* German (B2 level) and English skills
