Job description
Would you like to join our MaxMara Oberpollinger Store as Stock Keeper ?
You’ll be in charge of:
- Conducting and verifying merchandise movements
- Receiving goods and preparing them for sale
- Accurate labeling of merchandise
- Maintaining order in the storage area daily
- Preparing and conducting inventory
- Omnichannel: Processing customer orders and shipping from the store
- Handling complaints and returns
- Monitoring and processing goods
- Organizing and reordering packaging materials
If you:
- Strong problem-solving and excellent organizational skills
- Professional experience ideally as a warehouse worker
- Well-developed analytical and numerical skills
- High affinity for luxury products
- Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
- Italian will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of Excel is also an advantage
- Stylish appearance and positive demeanour
- Enjoyment in dealing with demanding customers
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Flexibility, customer orientation, and team spirit
