Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Organization and handling of global shipments to and from ocean-going vessels
• Planning, monitoring, and execution of freight tenders and transport orders (air/sea/truck/rail)
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to deadlines in close coordination with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments
• Tracking and coordinating returns
• Preparing analyses and evaluations for continuous process optimization
• Contributing to eco-management and CO₂ footprint tracking

Your profile

• Successfully completed business apprenticeship, ideally with a background in logistics or freight forwarding
• Initial professional experience in the transportation or logistics sector is desirable
• Market knowledge in the field of transportation services, preferably in shipping, as well as a good understanding of legal requirements
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with ticketing systems is a plus
