Background & Role Overview  

The purpose of the Country Management Office (CMO) is to provide support to our project delivery functions within KSA and support and develop the running of the business in country. 

 

The CMO provides support to ensure that CTRD Arabia operates legally, efficiently and profitably. 

 

The CMO provides centralised support to the projects for administration, local operations and compliance.   

 

The Operations Co-Ordinator is responsible for accurate record keeping, maintaining frameworks and processes and process alignment, as well as maintaining and supporting operational business continuity. They are supported by the Group Operations Manager and the CMO Senior Business manager and Head of Business Services.

Role Responsibilities  

  

Business Resilience  

  • Ensure findings of assessments undertaken by the CMO, relating to risks and resilience gaps impacting people, assets, operations are accurately documented and maintained.
  • Collaborate with Group Operations Manager to ensure the associated documentation required to support and control Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), remain current and auditable.
  • Track actions, requested improvements, and coordinate updates arising from reviews, exercises, audits, and incidents, ensuring documented evidence is retained.
  • Support crisis management and escalation frameworks, by maintaining accurate records of incidents, crisis events, response actions, communications, post-incident reports and recovery activities across the CMO.
  • Track improvement actions through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and training received for Business Continuity and Crisis Management
  • Support regular testing and scenario exercises, ensuring results, actions and observations are thoroughly documented.
  • Maintain records of testing schedules, outcomes, corrective actions, and plan enhancements.
  • Maintain auditable documentation for Business Impact Analysis, risk assessments, plans, and exercises.
  • Support internal and external audits and coordinate corrective actions.

 

Procurement Support  

  • Support the procurement officer to source local suppliers in KSA as required and support in person engagements as needed
  • Support the group procurement officer to track procurement requests, approvals, spend, and support cost efficiency in the CMO.
  • Support compliance with internal policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements.

 

Operations Project Co-ordination & Stakeholder Engagement  

  • Coordinate and support various CMO departments to optimize workflow.
  • Implement documentation to track adherence to operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate documentation of internal CMO projects as required.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to enable timely actions and successful output
  • Effectively convey and obtain information across departments.
  • Support development of operational performance tracking, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements  

Essential  

 

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Sensitive security environment/framework experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Identify effective solutions to operational challenges.
  • Analytical Thinking: Assessing processes and implementing improvements.
