Technical Graduate Trainee

Our client, a leading FMCG and food manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Technical Graduate Trainee to join its manufacturing operations in Jeddah.

This is a structured graduate development opportunity designed for high-potential fresh graduates who want to build a long-term career in technical operations, quality, production, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across technical and manufacturing functions.
• Support production, quality, engineering, and process-improvement activities.
• Assist with analysis of production performance and operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Contribute to technical projects and problem-solving activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and business operations.
• Develop understanding of quality, safety, production, and technical standards.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or candidate with limited professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Very good academic performance / GPA.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
