Manufacturing Operator

Role: Operator I/Manufacturing Operator

Location: Swensweg 5, Haarlem, NL, 2031 GA

Duration: 12 months from start, with the possibility of a perm position

2 Roles are for the 16/5 shift (14.80% shift allowance) and the remaining 3 role will be for the 24/5 shift (25,85%. shift allowance):

Morning: 06:00-14:30

Evening: 14:00-22:30

Night : 22:00-06:30

Required:

• MBO level education, preferably in a technical, production, or life-science related field
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Ability to work in a structured and regulated production environment
• Detail-oriented and precise working style

Description:

The Operator Foundation supports production activities by executing assigned tasks safely, accurately, and in compliance with approved procedures. This role focuses on building a solid technical and GMP foundation and contributes to reliable production through correct execution and timely escalation of issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Executes assigned production activities in accordance with approved procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards
• Prepares tasks, materials, and work areas as instructed
• Operates equipment as trained and instructed
• Applies GMP principles and ensures accurate and timely documentation of own activities
• Recognizes deviations, abnormalities, or safety concerns and escalates them according to established escalation rules
• Works collaboratively within the production team and follows agreed handover and communication practices
• Participates in training and on-the-job learning to build technical knowledge and skills
• Scope and Autonomy
• Operates at Process Mastery Level 0 (Foundation)
• Performs assigned activities independently after training and follows established procedures and escalation rules
• Does not make independent operational decisions or process changes

Key requirements:
