Job description
Production Engineer 🏭 | Saudi Nationals ONLY
About the Role
We are seeking a Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes from planning through to output. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, reducing downtime, improving quality, and ensuring daily targets are met safely and on time. 🎯
What You'll Do
✅ Monitor production lines and resolve technical issues promptly
✅ Implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste
✅ Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations
✅ Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
✅ Assist in production scheduling and raw material planning
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
🔹 Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
🔹 High integrity and ability to work under pressure
🔹 Excellent communication skills
