Job description

An exciting opportunity is available for Analyzer Technician located in Jubail .

Job Purpose Maintains plant process analyzers in good condition to enable accurate measurement with minimum maintenance interruption. Diagnoses faults, Performs Preventive and Corrective Maintenance / work and troubleshooting on site or workshop.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute the schedule PM/CM activities as per plant operation requirements.
  • Hands on experience in Online analyzers like (Gas Chromatography, CEMS, IR, TOC, pH/Conductivity, O2, Silica, ...etc,
  • Good knowledge about analyzer shelters safety & sample handling system
  • Good knowledge of Troubleshooting and Maintenance producers.
  • Ensure that on-line analyzer systems perform in accordance with the specifications (i.e., Response Time, Accuracy, Precision and Mean Time between Failure (MTBF)
  • Lead in monitoring and obtaining calibration standards, parts, and consumable items for analyzers.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technological advancement in the related fields; network with peers to share technology and leverage problem-solving and prevention expertise.
  • Ensure that service requests are well understood, value adding, and aligned with the business, unit, and team goal.
  • Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
  • Comply with EHSS guidelines and overall safety processes.
  • Participate in review meetings to identify opportunities for analyzer systems performance improvements based on periodic maintenance data and calibration records.
  • Communicate regularly with plant personnel to assess the team’s performance and operational status.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all approved Responsible Care and Tasnee policies and procedure to align with the TASNEE commitment to sustainable business requirements.

Qualification, Experience Required:

  • Associate degree in Industrial Chemistry, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ of experience in the field of Petrochemicals/Refinery Process Online Analyzer Systems.
