Job responsibilities

• Support retail managers through on-the-floor coaching, demonstrating best-in-class floor management, client experience, and team leadership.
• Drive a strong feedback and coaching culture to develop, motivate, and upskill retail teams.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple stores with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Accelerate the adoption of digital tools and promote an omnichannel mindset to ensure a seamless Client experience in-store and online.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams

Profile

• Strong background in luxury retail with solid shop floor and management experience.
• Proven experience in coaching, training, or learning-related roles within a retail environment.
• Strong passion for learning, service excellence, and Client experience.
