Kids Club Supervisor

Role Overview

Run the full branch and lead the team, so every parent and every child has a seamless, safe and memorable visit from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the branch across the kids' zone and the work/study lounge, and own the client journey end to end.
• Build and run the activities calendar, and deliver sessions on the floor.
• Lead, coach and schedule the team, and run the daily briefing before opening.
• Enforce child safety protocols and maintain branch standards at all times.
• Track occupancy, safety incidents and client satisfaction, and report to the Project Manager.
• Raise every branch need through the system — maintenance, event procurement, weekly and monthly orders. Nothing outside the system.

Requirements & Skills

• 2–3 years in operations, hospitality or supervision, ideally with children or families.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Early Childhood Education or Business.
• Pediatric first aid and CPR certification, or willing to obtain it within 30 days.
• Fluent Arabic, professional English.
• Leads a small team with presence and decides quickly on the floor.
• Highly organized, warm and patient with parents and children.
