We are looking for a Team Lead IT Helpdesk (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.

What you will do:

  • Ensure efficient and timely resolution of IT issues by leading and managing the team, while improving overall user satisfaction through streamlined processes and support
  • Oversee resolution of technical issues while maintaining clear communication, ensuring prompt and quality service that meets user expectations
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration, facilitating efficient issue resolution and support
  • Oversee support for Agraya users and second-level assistance for clients
  • Conduct research and suggest new applications to enhance internal processes and simplify users' daily tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in the field of computer science, information technology; or equivalent
  • 5 years of practical experience in a related field and 2 years of experience in managing employees
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues
  • Knowledge of operating systems and common enterprise software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
  • Proficient in English (C1 level)
