Location: based in the Netherlands

Commitment: 3–5 hours per week

AI4ALL is looking for an organised and people-driven Entrepreneur Program Manager to help deliver our 10-week hybrid accelerator for women-led AI startups in the Benelux. In this role, you will coordinate workshop logistics, support founders throughout the program, and make sure every session runs smoothly — from speaker briefings to post-workshop materials. This is a role for someone who enjoys the operational side of community building and wants to contribute to a program that directly supports early-stage founders.

About AI4ALL

AI4ALL is a nonprofit do-tank founded in the Netherlands in 2024.

We bridge the knowledge gap between society and AI by providing continuous education, building confidence, and amplifying diverse leadership. Through masterclasses, mentorship, community events, and flagship programs, we help people not only understand AI, but actively shape how it evolves — ensuring the technology develops responsibly and represents everyone.

About the Role

As Entrepreneur Program Manager, you will work closely with the Entrepreneur Program Lead to keep our accelerator running smoothly across all 10 weeks. You will be the operational backbone of the program — coordinating with workshop hosts, keeping founders informed and prepared, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects a high-quality participant experience. Your work directly supports women-led AI startups at a critical stage of their growth.

You Will:

• Coordinate communication and logistics with workshop hosts throughout the program
• Gather and distribute pre-readings and preparation materials for founders ahead of each session
• Collect and share post-workshop materials with participants
• Plan and execute hybrid workshops and events, including speaker coordination, logistics, and venue management
• Keep founders informed, engaged, and supported throughout the 10-week program
• Support partnership and sponsorship activations in collaboration with the marketing team
• Contribute to improving and scaling the program's structure based on participant feedback

Who You Are

You're someone who is motivated, organised, and passionate about responsible, inclusive AI.

You likely have:

• Experience managing programs, projects, or events — ideally in startup, innovation, or nonprofit contexts
• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
• Confidence working independently and collaborating across a distributed volunteer team
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Suite, Notion, and Zoom
• A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and gender equity in tech
• A base in the Netherlands, with Randstad region preferred for hybrid event support

Nice to Have

• Experience in the startup ecosystem
• Familiarity with AI startups or early-stage venture communities

How We Work

The AI4ALL team meets twice per month online:

• Once as a full team (All Hands)
• Once with your program or department team
• Volunteers contribute approximately 3–5 hours per week.
