Sales Engineer

🤖 Robotics & Automation professionals: I'm hiring across the Netherlands. (Eindhoven - Breda - Utrecht)

I'm currently working with several leading industrial robotics manufacturers and system integrators who are growing their teams across the Netherlands.

The opportunities span everything from 6-axis industrial robots and cobots to robotic welding, palletising, material handling and automation systems.

If you've worked with robot arms, end-of-arm tooling, controllers, teach pendants, PLCs or the mechatronics around robotic cells , I'd be interested in speaking with you.

You don't have to come from a traditional sales background either.

I'm particularly interested in people coming from:

🔹 Robotics / automation sales or account management

🔹 Field service or commissioning of robotic cells

🔹 Systems / applications engineering

🔹 Mechatronics or electrical engineering

🔹 PLC / controls engineering

🔹 Technical roles looking to move into a more customer-facing position

What the roles can involve

• Managing a territory or customer base across machine builders, system integrators and end users

• Understanding customer applications and developing the right robotic solution

• Working with applications and technical support teams on programming, commissioning and controller-level requirements

• New business development and account growth

• Field service, commissioning and hands-on technical support, depending on the role

• Running your own territory with strong technical backing

What I'm looking for

For sales-led positions, commercial instinct and genuine hunter mentality are important.

For technical positions, hands-on robotics, commissioning or service experience is key.

Across the opportunities, I'm interested in people with knowledge of:

Dutch and English are important , and you'll need to be comfortable working independently across your territory.
