Position: Credit Controller

As Credit Controller you are responsible for managing customer accounts across the Benelux region, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, minimizing overdue debt, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting the company's cash flow and credit risk management objectives.

What You Will Do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the Benelux region.

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and drive timely cash collection.

• Monitor overdue balances and take appropriate collection actions.

• Resolve payment disputes and account discrepancies.

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Support credit risk management and minimize bad debt exposure.

• Maintain accurate customer account records and collection notes.

• Contribute to cash flow improvement and collection performance targets.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
