Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team.

• About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the Specialty Coffee or Food & Beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our overall marketing activities, strengthening the company’s brand presence, and developing strategies to increase sales and business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities* Manage all marketing platforms, including social media and company website.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create innovative ideas to strengthen and improve the company profile.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
• Manage social media content, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences.
• Build and maintain a strong and professional brand image.
• Work closely with management to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

Requirements* Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Strong experience in the Specialty Coffee or Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and website management.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that generate business growth.
• Arabic speaker is required.
