- Strong experience in yacht / marine operations and day-to-day business management
- Proven team leadership and operational performance management
- Excellent customer relations & after-sales operations experience
- Strong service coordination & operational planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on achieving business objectives
- Experience managing luxury yacht customers and high-value marine products
- UAE / GCC market experience is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and GCC as required by the nature of the
Pay: AED3,361.48 - AED17,236.58 per month
