About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a Chinese-speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing Abu Dhabi team.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven sales professional who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and has a strong passion for real estate and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will work closely with Chinese-speaking buyers, investors, property owners, and international clients, providing expert guidance on residential and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, investors, buyers, sellers, and landlords.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, online platforms, social media, events, and proactive prospecting.
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations in Mandarin and English.
• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi property opportunities, market trends, pricing, and investment potential.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Negotiate offers and contractual terms professionally to achieve successful transactions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Chinese-speaking prospects and qualified investors.
• Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients to maximize conversion and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client, property, and transaction information in the company's CRM.
• Develop relationships with property developers, landlords, sellers, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on new developments, market conditions, regulations, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, business development, or a similar sales role is preferred.
• UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding or interest in Abu Dhabi's property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and commercially driven.
• Professional appearance and excellent client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Existing network of Chinese clients, investors, or business owners in the UAE is a strong advantage.
