Property Consultant / Specialist

Role Overview:

The Property Consultant / Specialist is responsible for involves advising clients on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of properties across Abu Dhabi, while building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing listings, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions, and delivering a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source for property listings in Abu Dhabi market.
• Manage buyer enquiries and match clients with suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on the market.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors.
• Keep up to date with market trends and new opportunities.
• Manage your pipeline through the CRM and ensure strong follow-up.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Previous Real Estate experience in Abu Dhabi market preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven.
• Ability to generate listings and build a client portfolio.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
