Project Coordinator

Job Description Job Purpose

Accountable for supporting the successful execution of construction or landscape projects. This includes effective coordination of project activities, adherence to timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. They play a crucial role in facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders, contributing to the overall success and client satisfaction of the project

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and other relevant records.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify potential risks and proactively work to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and objectives are not compromised.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field

Experience & Skills Industry Experience :

• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction or landscape industry.

Competencies And Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
