Soft Services Manager

Delight International Facilities Management (DIFM) is expanding its Soft Services operations across the UAE and is seeking an experienced professional to lead this growth. The role combines commercial leadership with operational management, and is suited to a candidate who can develop new business while maintaining strong service delivery standards across a multi-branch operation.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

Business Development & Commercial Growth

• Identify and secure new clients across property management, commercial, industrial, government, hospitality, healthcare and education sectors

• Lead tendering, estimation, costing and proposal development to win competitive bids

• Build and grow key client relationships, driving contract retention, renewals and scope expansion

• Own contract mobilization from award to go-live, ensuring on-time, on-budget starts

• Monitor contract profitability and cost control, directly shaping divisional financial performance

Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead Soft Services operations across all branches, ensuring consistent service quality and contractual compliance

• Monitor site performance through inspections and drive continuous improvement

• Manage manpower planning, recruitment coordination and team development

• Lead and develop the Soft Services team, coordinating closely with HR, Sales, Finance, Procurement and HSE/Quality

• Report to management on business development pipeline, financial performance, operations and key risks

WHAT WE NEED

• 10 to 15 years in Soft Services and related Facilities Management, with a strong track record in business development and client acquisition

• Demonstrated success winning and mobilizing new contracts, tendering, estimation and costing

• Strong commercial acumen, including cost control and contract profitability

• Experience managing multi-site operations and operational teams

• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Good knowledge of UAE FM practices, HSE requirements and applicable regulations
