About the Role
ICAN is hiring an experienced HR Manager for a contract role based in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will support the organization in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, HR administration, and local workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing core HR activities, supporting employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, maintaining HR records and processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and working closely with internal stakeholders to address operational HR needs.

The role requires someone who can operate independently, provide practical HR guidance, and support the business in maintaining effective people practices during the contract period.

Requirements
Candidates must be Arabic speakers and must have strong local UAE HR experience, preferably within Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of UAE labour law, HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and workforce administration.

Previous in-house HR experience is required. Candidates should be confident managing stakeholders, handling sensitive employee matters, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate is hands-on, structured, professional, and able to join immediately or on short notice. Prior experience in a contract, temporary, or project-based HR role would be an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
