Senior Draftsman/ Marble

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting layouts, and installation drawings for marble and stone works.
• Develop accurate 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD based on architectural and design requirements.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and site measurements to prepare detailed marble drawings.
• Prepare drawings for marble flooring, walls, stairs, countertops, cladding, vanities, and other stone works.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, project managers, fabricators, and site teams.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and technical documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Draftsman, with strong experience in marble and stone works.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/3D software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of marble, granite, natural stone, and engineered stone.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and fabrication details.
• Good knowledge of site measurements, material specifications, and installation details.
• UAE experienced candidates who are ready to join immediately is preferred.
