Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Fit-Out Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of GCC experience in interior fit-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for fit-out and construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources.
• Assist in quantity verification, site measurements, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and support project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in interior fit-out and construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and fit-out materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and reading construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Experience:

• FITOUT & CONSTRUCTION: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVERS LICENSE (Required)
