Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Fire Fighting & Fire Protection team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fire fighting and fire protection projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Follow up project schedules, site activities, material requirements, inspections, and approvals.
- Coordinate Civil Defense submissions, inspections, comments, and project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, correspondence, and technical records.
- Follow up on drawings, material submittals, method statements, approvals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure required materials are available according to the project schedule.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays or outstanding requirements to management.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover documentation.
- Ensure project activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, UAE Fire & Life Safety requirements, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in fire fighting / fire protection projects.
- Good knowledge of fire fighting systems, fire pumps, sprinklers, hose reels, hydrants, and related fire protection systems.
- Experience dealing with Abu Dhabi Civil Defense requirements is highly preferred.
- Strong project coordination, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
