Job description
Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering discipline with more than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Lead and enhance employee development initiatives, with a strong focus on Competency-Based Training (CBT) for UAE Nationals and supporting the company’s Emiratisation objectives.
Strong expertise in training program development, implementation, and evaluation
Knowledge of Emiratisation strategies and competency-based training frameworks
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Assess training needs and identify employee skill gaps
Develop and implement industry-aligned training programs
Lead workshops, seminars, and hands-on training
Manage and oversee the CBT Program for UAE Nationals
Support strategic Emiratisation initiatives
Manage training budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation
Track employee training progress and certifications
Good communication skills in English & Arabic
Salary :AED 14,000 + Family Accommodation
