Manage indirect procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
Identify suitable suppliers, obtain quotations, and support competitive procurement processes.
Evaluate supplier offers based on cost, quality, delivery, and commercial terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure smooth procurement operations.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve purchasing issues, and maintain accurate procurement records.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, budgets, and applicable commercial requirements.
