• Evidenced experience knowledge of delivery of investigations both through experience and qualifications.
• Regulatory/Policy Assessment: Review and understand relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to identify the compliance requirements.
• Data Collection: Collect relevant documents, records, and data pertaining to the investigation. This should be done to the necessary level to safeguard against potential external disputes.
• Document/Data Review: Analyse policies, procedures, contracts, technical documents, and other pertinent documents for compliance adherence.
• Interviews: Conduct interviews with employees, stakeholders, and relevant parties to gather insights and information. This should be done to the necessary level to safeguard against potential external disputes.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate the data collected to identify potential areas of non-compliance, violations, or irregularities.
• Risk Assessment: Assess the severity and potential impact of any identified compliance issues.
• Recommendations: Provide detailed recommendations for disciplinary and/or corrective actions to achieve compliance
