Client Relationship Officer

About The Role

The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients, brokers, and salespersons, with a strong focus on ongoing communication, relationship management, payment follow-ups, and collections across our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, brokers, and salespersons.
  • Follow up on outstanding and upcoming payments, including payment plan milestones.
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding contract status, payment schedules, and general inquiries.
  • Liaise with brokers and sales agents to resolve client concerns and confirm payment commitments.
  • Coordinate with the Account Verification Team to ensure payments are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Escalate at-risk, delayed, or overdue accounts to the Client Success Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, commitments, and follow-ups.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, collections, or a related field, preferably within real estate, banking, or property development.
  • Previous experience in the UAE real estate market is strongly preferred, particularly in off-plan sales and payment plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in payment follow-ups, debt collection, or accounts receivable is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, brokers, and internal sales teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage a large portfolio of accounts.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
