We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Accounting Executive to join our finance team 😊

In this role, you’ll support daily financial and accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist with reporting and reconciliations, and ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and on time. 🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting transactions
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, receipts, and financial documents
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management summaries 📊
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Monitor expenses, payments, and outstanding balances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers regarding financial matters
• Ensure accounting procedures and company policies are followed correctly

🎓 Qualifications

• Previous experience in finance or accounting is an advantage
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR, or bookkeeping is a plus 🌟
