Join ALTEN Switzerland as Electromechanical Systems Engineer , to support aerospace projects involving complex, high-reliability systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS or similar requirements management tools;
• Ensure full requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle;
• Coordinate and technically manage suppliers, ensuring compliance with project scope, timelines, and quality standards;
• Support system integration, validation, and testing activities;
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;
• Experience in electromechanical systems within the aerospace sector;
• Strong background in requirements engineering;
• Proven supplier management experience;
• Professional working proficiency in English, German as a plus.

Location: Switzerland (on-site).
