Air Freight Specialist – Hamburg

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 gross per year

I’m supporting a well-established international logistics business that is looking to strengthen its Air Freight team in Hamburg.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Air Freight professional who enjoys taking ownership of shipments, working closely with customers and airlines, and wants to join a growing business with a strong international network.

The role:

• Handling Air Freight shipments from booking through to delivery
• Strong focus on Air Export
• Preparing and checking shipping and customs documentation
• Liaising with airlines, customers and international partners
• Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving any issues
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Air Freight / Air Export experience
• Good understanding of freight forwarding processes and documentation
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident dealing with customers, airlines and overseas partners
• Good German and English skills
