Senior HVAC & MEP Technician

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC & MEP Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and supervision of HVAC and MEP systems for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong UAE site experience and the ability to independently manage technical works while coordinating with other trades and site teams.

Supervise and execute HVAC and MEP installation works according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot air-conditioning systems, ductwork, chilled water piping, FCU, AHU, exhaust and ventilation systems.

Carry out electrical, plumbing, drainage, and other MEP-related installation and maintenance works as required.

Read and interpret MEP shop drawings, HVAC layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.

Perform testing, commissioning, inspection, and troubleshooting of HVAC and MEP systems.

Identify technical problems and provide effective solutions to minimize project delays.

Coordinate MEP works with civil, joinery, ceiling, partition, painting, and other interior fit-out activities.

Ensure proper installation of ducts, pipes, insulation, diffusers, grilles, thermostats, valves, and other MEP components.

Supervise technicians, helpers, and subcontractors and allocate daily work activities.

Monitor work progress and ensure that activities are completed according to the project schedule.

Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and UAE regulations.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and MEP equipment.

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and other contractors when required.

Check materials and equipment before installation and report any shortages or technical issues.

Maintain proper records of inspections, testing, maintenance, and completed works.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the project site.

Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and helpers.

Required Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Diploma / Technical certification in HVAC, MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE.

Strong experience in interior fit-out, commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential projects.

Good knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical works, and general MEP services.

Ability to read and understand MEP and HVAC drawings.

Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC and MEP systems.

Previous experience supervising technicians and coordinating site activities.

Knowledge of UAE construction and site safety requirements is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
