About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our growing multinational organisation. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. Role Mission

To support our suppliers and customers by ensuring the correct, safe, and efficient handling of all warehouse operations, from inbound receipt through to outbound dispatch.

Key Objectives

· Achieve and maintain a 99% receiving accuracy rate through thorough inspection and documentation of inbound shipments.

· Support the development and continuous improvement of warehouse procedures relating to inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

· Ensure warehouse operations remain aligned with internal systems and operational standards.

· Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations (Approximately 50%)

You will be responsible for processing incoming shipments and ensuring inventory is accurately received and recorded.

Responsibilities include:

· Inspect incoming shipments against delivery notes and packing lists.

· Perform quality control checks and identify discrepancies.

· Generate and document Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) when required.

· Process inbound inventory within company systems.

· Print and apply labels, allocate lot numbers, and assign storage locations.

· Ensure products are stored according to company procedures and quality standards.

· Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to resolve inventory issues.

· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for inbound activities.

Warehouse & Outbound Support (Approximately 50%)

You will also support day-to-day warehouse operations and outbound fulfilment activities.

Responsibilities include:

· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

· Book and coordinate outbound deliveries.

· Assist with warehouse organization and inventory optimization initiatives.

· Support stock movements, inventory control, and replenishment activities.

· Ensure outbound documentation is completed accurately and on time.

· Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

Essential

· Strong organisational and administrative skills.

· Good computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.

· Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar office applications.

· Good spoken and written English.

· Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

· Previous warehouse or logistics experience.

· Valid forklift licence.

· Experience handling temperature-controlled or cold-chain products.

· Knowledge of receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, and packing processes.
