Head Chef - Le Café LPM - Al Khobar

Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café for the modern city, where French Riviera spirit meets everyday urban life. All-day dining, done beautifully. Croissants made properly. Fish grilled simply. Spritzes that feel like a terrace in July in France. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.

Al Khobar opens soon and other locations are already in development. We are looking for the Head Chef who will lead the Al Khobar kitchen.

Your Role

You lead the daily kitchen operation for Le Café LPM Al Khobar. You own the team and the standards set by the Brand Executive Chef. You bring the culinary concept to life - consistent, precise, and always true to the brand.

• You manage food cost, portion control, and waste with rigour. You keep profitability sharp without compromising quality.
• You oversee supplier relationships, purchasing, and stock levels to ensure the best ingredients are always available and nothing is wasted.
• You ensure the Quality and Hygiene standards.
• You speak English and another European language is an asset.
