About the Role:

To support the Regional Training Manager to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills; knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.

Requirements :

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Diploma or undergraduate.
• 3 years training or supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop training package
• Proficiency in English communication, Coaching skills, Analytical skills and presentation skills.
• Good team player
