Job description
Your Responsibilities - End-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, including candidate selection, interviews, active sourcing, contract negotiations, and all related activities across assigned areas, including leadership roles, global positions, and confidential searches.
- Acting as subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition (TA) topics for various business areas or market segments within EMEA
- Consult and influence business stakeholders on TA&A strategies for different positions/competencies, including, niche roles, management positions, global roles and confidential searches.
- Management and prioritization of multiple searches within defined timelines with a focus on the early stages of the talent pipeline (engaging, sourcing and qualifying candidates).
- Management of complex stakeholder engagements at local, EMEA and Global level.
- Build quality data pipelines and regular insights sharing to enable process improvement and informed decision making.
- Regular data-driven reporting to support process improvements and informed decision-making.
- Leading and driving initiatives and projects (e.g., Employer branding, applicant tracking system improvements) at local and EMEA level.
- Management of complex stakeholder engagements at local, EMEA and Global level in a potential ambiguous and fast-paced work environment.
- Build a trusted relationship with leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
Your qualification - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
- Proven track record in both high volume and corporate / niche recruiting.
- Preferably a background in medical devices, pharma or any other regulated industry.
- Experience executing recruitment strategies, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management, preferably inhouse recruiting.
- Ability to work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on commitments.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools and techniques.
- Fluency in English is needed, any additional language is beneficial.
