Warehouse Helper

AirQ Limited is looking for a Warehouse Helper who is having valid UAE Driving License to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, production, and logistics activities. The role will be responsible for assisting with receiving, handling, organizing, storing, and dispatching materials, tools, equipment, and other warehouse items.

The successful candidate will be physically fit, reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a hands-on warehouse and manufacturing environment. The candidate should be able to follow instructions, maintain accurate records, and work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

• Assist with receiving, unloading, checking, and storing incoming materials and supplies.
• Arrange and organize materials, tools, equipment, and other items in designated storage locations.
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing materials for internal use or dispatch.
• Support loading and unloading of goods and materials.
• Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
• Move materials and items safely within the warehouse and production areas.
• Assist in maintaining proper stock arrangement and storage practices.

Material Handling & Inventory Support

• Support the Warehouse team with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Assist with identifying, labeling, and tagging materials and equipment.
• Check quantities and physical condition of materials when required.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with maintaining accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Follow proper storage and handling procedures for different types of materials.

Production & Operations Support

• Provide support to the Production and Operations teams with material movement and preparation.
• Deliver required materials, tools, and components to designated work areas.
• Collect and return unused materials, tools, and equipment to the warehouse.
• Assist with basic packing and preparation of UAV-related components and equipment as instructed.
• Support general warehouse and operational activities as required.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or potential hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow proper procedures when handling heavy, fragile, or sensitive materials.

General Support

• Assist with deliveries, collections, and movement of materials when required.
• Support periodic stocktaking and warehouse audits.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management or the Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, stores, production, or a similar role is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, moving, and handling materials.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• UAE experience is preferred.
