We’re Hiring | Supervisor – Raw & Pack Warehouse

Join NADEC and take a key role in supervising the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of raw and packaging materials supporting our production operations.

As a Supervisor – Raw & Pack Warehouse , you will oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material issuance to production while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, and issuance of raw and packaging materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate material issuance to Production based on requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory controls.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and material traceability.
• Ensure accurate SAP transactions, including GRNs, transfers, issues, and returns.
• Maintain proper material handling, labeling, bin locations, and storage conditions.
• Lead shift planning and supervise, train, and develop warehouse employees.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, hygiene, PPE, and quality requirements.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and inventory status and ensure audit readiness.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–4 years of logistics/warehouse experience , including at least 1 year in a supervisory role .
• Experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes.
• Experience handling raw and packaging materials is highly preferred.
• SAP/ERP warehouse transaction experience.
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good English and Arabic communication skills.
