We’re Hiring | Supervisor – Technical Store

Join NADEC and play a key role in ensuring the availability and effective management of spare parts, technical materials, tools, and equipment required to support maintenance and operational activities.

As a Supervisor – Technical Store , you will lead daily technical store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely availability of critical spare parts, and work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts, technical materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts to support maintenance and minimize operational downtime.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP MM/EWM .
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, stock checks, and reconciliations.
• Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory and optimize stock levels.
• Coordinate with Procurement for replenishment and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Maintain proper storage of spare parts, lubricants, chemicals, gases, and consumables.
• Ensure appropriate handling and storage of sensitive technical equipment and hazardous materials.
• Lead and develop storekeepers and stock pickers.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, critical stock levels, material usage, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain safety standards and continuously improve technical store operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field .
• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Stores, Spare Parts Stores, or Industrial Stores within a supply chain environment.
• Strong experience in spare-parts and technical-material inventory management.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM/EWM .
• Ability to manage inventory levels to minimize downtime and support production efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
