Business Analyst, Commercial Excellence

Position Objective:

The Business Analyst is the data and intelligence engine of the commercial team. This role is responsible for

transforming raw market data into actionable strategic insights that will guide all commercial decisions, from

forecasting and territory design to performance management. This individual will be the master of our data, ensuring

every decision is based on evidence, not assumptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Data Analysis: Serve as the primary owner and expert on our IQVIA data package. Conduct deep-dive

analyses to identify market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities for our portfolio.

• Forecasting & Modeling: Take the lead in developing and validating Keuro Life’s "Optimum Forecast" model.

Build robust, data-driven sales forecasts for our launch products and future pipeline assets.

• Territory Mapping & Account Targeting: Utilize IQVIA and other data sources to develop a weighted map of

sales potential across the Kingdom. Design and propose balanced, high-opportunity territories for the Key

Account Manager (KAM) team.

• Performance Tracking: Develop and manage the commercial performance dashboards. Track Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs) for the KAM team post-launch and provide regular, insightful reports to the GTM committee.

• Strategic Support: Act as a key strategic partner to the Associate Director, BD & Sales, and the Product

Manager, providing the analytical firepower to support brand planning, business reviews, and strategic

decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analytics, sales analytics, or commercial excellence role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with IQVIA data is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are required.

Pay: ﷼23,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
