  • Identify, assess and actively manage project risks, opportunities, assumptions, constraints, issues and changes; escalate material impacts promptly.
  • Apply disciplined change control for scope, specification, schedule and cost changes, ensuring commercial and customer approval before execution where required.
  • Coordinate technical clarification, design reviews, drawings, bills of material, specifications, manufacturing documentation and engineering change control.
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontracted work, including technical and commercial alignment, expediting, supplier performance and timely delivery of long-lead items.
  • Plan and coordinate workshop and manufacturing execution for disassembly, inspection, repair, machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, painting and preservation activities as applicable.
  • Ensure inspection findings from overhauls and repairs are translated into approved repair scopes, quotations, material requirements, schedules and customer decisions.
  • Ensure new manufacturing and fabrication projects are executed to approved designs, specifications, codes, standards, drawings and manufacturing plans.
  • Coordinate inspection and test plans, quality hold points, NCR resolution, punch-list closure, factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing and final release documentation.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with BENTEC HSE, quality, legal, regulatory and customer requirements, including stopwork and escalation of unsafe or non-compliant conditions.

  • Coordinate logistics, export/import documentation, packing, preservation, transport, site readiness and installation or commissioning support were included in scope.
  • Ensure operational readiness and effective handover to Field Service, Operations, Aftermarket Support or the customer, including spares, training, manuals and outstanding-action ownership.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and auditable project records, including contracts, purchase orders, schedules, reports, drawings, inspection records, certificates, correspondence and acceptance documentation.
