Stewarding Shift Leader

Job Description Summary-

We are currently seeking a Stewarding Shift Leader to oversee and coordinate the activities of the kitchen stewards to ensure a clean and organized work environment in our establishment.

Job Responsibility-

• Supervise and lead a team of kitchen stewards during shifts
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas including equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Train new stewards on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Manage schedules and assign tasks to stewards
• Handle any issues or conflicts within the team

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
