ABOUT YOU

Are you an experienced Business Analyst or Business Developer with a strong background in Information Technology and Building Management Systems (BMS)? Do you have the ability to engage and lead stakeholders, translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Gather requirements for new functionalities and clearly communicate them to the wider Scrum team.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to understand, prioritise and plan incoming work.
• Support change risk assessments, security issues and incoming tickets related to BMS applications.
• Take an active role in managing and coordinating changes across building management projects.

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or Business Developer within software development for Facility Management or Building Management Systems.
• Experience with BMS-related domains such as HVAC, lighting, security cameras, networking, cooling and air conditioning, or physical building access.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and working within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with attention to detail, critical thinking and a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch is preferred, with strong listening, adaptability, cultural awareness and stakeholder management skills.
