Build a profound depth of digital advisory expertise, staying up to date with smart building and technology trends, and demonstrating relevant synthesis of associated implications and business opportunities.
Pillar 4: Culture & Innovation
Advocate for and lead engagement-level innovation initiatives, testing new ideas in active project environments.
Optimise delivery processes by actively embedding lessons learned and continuous improvements into team workflows.
Support the broader adoption of internal innovation, approved tools, and best practices across the consulting team.
