[KSA] Project Manager (Full-Time, Contractor Basis)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our management consulting practice on a full-time contractor basis. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across multiple workstreams

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets

• Monitor risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle

• Apply structured project management methodologies to drive efficiency and measurable outcomes

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between client leadership and the delivery team

• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions clearly to senior stakeholders

• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between client requirements and delivery commitments

Team Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional consulting teams and subject matter experts

• Support resource planning and workload allocation across engagements

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for senior leadership

• Maintain project documentation to a consulting-grade standard

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience

• Prior experience in a management consulting environment is a must

• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments

• PMP certification (or equivalent, e.g. PRINCE2) is a must

• Saudi National (mandatory)

• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory); English fluency required

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to operate effectively under pressure across multiple concurrent engagements
