Job description

During your assignment, you will facilitate the setup of our new innovation and trend management landscape by implementing the respective software platform and structured processes throughout our business units.

You will support the testing and deployment of AI solutions within R&D processes, collaborating closely with various Bosch entities to drive speed and efficiency.

Furthermore, you will serve as an integral team member and valued point of contact for training materials, while helping define and disseminate standards both internally and externally.

Additionally, you will contribute your creativity to designing and updating our internal website and Docupedia documentation.

Finally, you will grow personally and professionally with dedicated mentoring, constructive feedback, and continuous support from your advisor to maximize your Rexroth experience.

Education: studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Innovation Management or comparable with good grades

Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office

Personality and Working Practice: you excel at exploring emerging trends with genuine curiosity and actively turning innovative ideas into impactful solutions

Work Routine: your on-site presence is required

Languages: fluent in English and very good in German
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week (extension possible)
