Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Laboratory Operations and Logistics Specialist, you will streamline sample flows, inventory, and shipments to keep the lab running reliably. Join us to coordinate daily operations, uphold quality and safety, and support on-time results with a collaborative team.
- Coordinate end-to-end sample workflows, schedule testing, and align priorities with lab teams
- Organize international shipments, prepare export/import documents, and liaise with carriers and customs
- Maintain accurate inventory, track devices and boards, and reconcile records
- Implement and uphold standardized practices for sample handling, storage, and traceability
- Monitor equipment status, track calibration due dates, and escalate issues to responsible owners
- Record activities, produce operational reports, and communicate status, risks, and actions to stakeholders
- Support quality, safety, and audit readiness by following internal requirements and closing findings
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Completed vocational training (3+ years) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Telecommunications, Information & Systems Technology, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in laboratory or technical environments (5+ years) with hands-on sample handling and workflows
- Solid knowledge of logistics and international shipment processes and documentation
- Experience with inventory control and traceability tools
- Working understanding of quality standards with ability to support audits and improvements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; clear communication; structured, reliable working style
- Proficiency in English and German
