The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight for large-scale projects, or multiple medium-sized projects, delivering innovative 3-GIS technology solutions into Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecommunications organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing project professional who enjoys driving successful outcomes, managing complex stakeholder environments, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing large-scale programmes and projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Leading and motivating project teams to achieve agreed objectives and business outcomes.
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and financial performance.
• Defining project success criteria and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
• Identifying and managing risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Delivering regular project reporting to both internal leadership teams and external clients.
• Leading client-facing and internal project meetings.
• Monitoring project progress, quality, costs and resource utilisation.
• Reviewing team time entry and billable hours across project teams.
• Supporting performance management where project delivery may be impacted.
• Mentoring and coaching PMO team members to support their professional development.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of 3-GIS products, project delivery methodologies and industry best practice.

Experience & Skills

We're interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Significant client-facing project leadership experience.
• Extensive project management experience in a GIS or utility mapping environment.
• Proven success delivering complex technology or software implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior and executive-level clients.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, principles and best practice.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets and resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

In this role, you will deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while building strong client relationships and ensuring successful adoption of 3-GIS solutions. You'll also play a key role in strengthening PMO processes, mentoring colleagues and contributing to the company's ongoing growth and success.
