Location: Munich Area (hybrid)
Employment Type: Full- time or Part-time
Reporting to: Investment Manager
Target candidate: Student in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's programme

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategically minded Investment Analyst to join our team. The Investment Analyst (Intern) will support the Investment Manager across live transaction, strategy, and corporate finance workstreams spanning SRG's portfolio companies. The role is intended for a highly motivated final-year student who can commit to a full-time or part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of Investment Committee (IC)-grade materials, including financial models, business cases, and comparable transaction analyses for both M&A as well as organic value creation
- Conduct primary and secondary research on markets, sectors, and potential transaction counterparties (vendors, tenants, co-investors).
- Assist with due diligence workstreams, including assumption-level review of third-party business cases.
- Help draft internal memos, board presentations, and briefing notes on strategic initiatives.
- Support financial modelling tasks, including scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, and amortization schedules.
- Track and organize data across ongoing workstreams, ensuring version control, documentation discipline, and “big picture”
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled at a university, in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with working proficiency in Excel (financial modelling experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English; Georgian language skills will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
- High attention to detail and discretion, given exposure to sensitive commercial information.
