Job Summary

The Senior Education Consultant plays a key role in driving student recruitment and enrolment for LSBF Singapore. This role is responsible for engaging prospective students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and providing professional guidance on suitable programmes and study pathways.

The ideal candidate is an experienced education sales professional with a proven track record in student recruitment, conversion, and enrolment within Singapore's Private Education Institution (PEI) sector. The individual should be highly motivated, target-driven, and able to build strong relationships with prospective students from diverse backgrounds.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Recruitment & Enrolment

• Manage and convert enquiries from various recruitment channels, including digital leads, walk-ins, referrals, events, and education partners.
• Provide professional consultation to prospective students on programme offerings, admission requirements, fees, and study pathways.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand students' educational and career goals.
• Guide prospective students through the enrolment journey, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Achieve individual enrolment and revenue targets.

Pipeline & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students through proactive follow-up and relationship management.
• Ensure timely engagement of all assigned leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Develop trust and credibility with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and activities within the CRM system.

Events & Business Development

• Represent LSBF at education fairs, open houses, recruitment events, corporate engagements, and promotional activities.
• Support marketing and student recruitment campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Contribute ideas and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure student applications and supporting documents fulfil admission requirements.
• Maintain compliance with LSBF policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and updates on recruitment activities and enrolment performance.

RequirementsEssential

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or enrolment advisory within a Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding enrolment and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore private education landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling capabilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting students for Diploma, Degree, Postgraduate, or Professional programmes.
• Established network within the education industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,600.00 per month
